Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Kloud Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Appointments & Cancellations

  • A £30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a refund of your deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments or no-shows.

  • Please arrive on time — clients more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have their appointment shortened.

 

Payments & Refunds

  • All treatments must be paid in full on the day of the appointment.

  • No refunds are available once a treatment has been carried out.

  • Prices are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your consultation and individual treatment needs.

 

Treatment & Medical Disclosure

  • Specific results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on individual factors such as health, skin type, and adherence to pre/aftercare instructions.

  • It’s important that you provide complete and accurate medical information, including any allergies, medications, or health conditions/reactions.

  • Failure to disclose this information may increase the risk of complications.

  • Please avoid sun exposure and active skincare ingredients (such as retinoids or acids) for 3 days before and after treatment, unless advised otherwise.

  • Treatments may be postponed if there is an active infection or other contraindication.

  • Kloud clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or if improper conduct occurs.

 

Aftercare & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided to ensure the best possible results.

  • Kloud clinic is not liable for any adverse effects that occur as a result of failing to follow aftercare instructions or withholding relevant medical information.

 

Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Kloud Clinic follows UK GDPR guidelines. All client information is treated as strictly confidential and stored securely.

  • Photographs will be taken before and after treatment for record-keeping and progress tracking. These will not be shared without your consent.

 

Hygiene

  • Please arrive clean and makeup-free to your appointment to maintain hygiene standards and achieve the best results.

 

Complaints

  • We always aim to provide the best possible experience and results for every client.

  • If you have any concerns, issues, or complaints, please raise them in person or via message. They will be resolved promptly and professionally.
